I finally finished a Steampunk frame for my Steampunk Lady. This frame was bright white when I started. I used clear gesso, Sepia acrylic paint, waited for it to dry. Then I added Steampunk items that I had in my stash. After that I painted everything with black gesso and then I used Finn's Rust pastes to get the rusty effect. I went over it with a bit of gold paste too

A Mother's Love - Strength Of A Woman
This is a mini journal I created for the Funkie Junkie Boutique Challenge "A MOTHERS LOVE"
"Strength Of A Woman"
I made this mini journal in memory of my mother
She was the strongest person I have ever known
She had been through more than anyone I have
ever know and survived it all until her passing
at 93
She was my best friend, my confident and my
partner in crime

"Sew Shabby"
These are some projects I made for The Funkie Junkie Boutique Blog
Challenge called "Little Things"
The Title is "SEW SHABBY"
1. The first two projects are mini ATC cards
2.5x3.5
I added some pattern tissue paper to the card
Then I added various sewing themed items
Buttons, lace, thread, clothespins and in a mini bottle some hat pins
and a piece of measuring tape
I distressed it with Tim Holtz Distress Ink
2. The second one is a sewing them with a wooden lady in the middle
The card was first distressed with Tim Holtz Distress Ink
I added muslin that I colored with the Distress Ink
Some thread, a hat pin, buttons and a clothespin
3. The third project is a mini wooden doily 3-1/3x3-1/2
Over it I colored a lace doily with Lindy's spray ink
